By placing an order with On Top Printing and Signs, you agree to the following terms: Orders are final upon placement and can only be changed with mutual consent. Payment is required at the time of order. We accept various payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Zelle, ACH, and more. Prices may change without notice. Turnaround time begins after proof approval and payment. We aim to meet estimated times but cannot guarantee delivery dates. Customers are responsible for reviewing proofs for accuracy, and we are not liable for errors missed during this process. Shipping costs are based on order size, weight, and destination. We are not responsible for shipping delays or damages but will assist in filing claims with the carrier. You confirm the legal right to use all included content by submitting artwork. We reserve the right to refuse to print material that violates copyright or trademark laws. On Top Printing and Signs is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your use of our services. These terms are governed by Florida law. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written order, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Spoilage & Customer-Supplied Items We take every precaution to ensure quality production; however, items brought in by the customer for embroidery or decoration are done so at the customer’s own risk. We cannot be held responsible for damage, spoilage, or imperfections that may occur during the embroidery, printing, or application process. Allowable Spoilage on Large Orders Due to the nature of custom printing and production, a small percentage of spoilage or misprints (not to exceed 5% of the total order) may occur. This industry-standard allowance will be considered acceptable completion of the order. Customers are encouraged to order extra pieces to account for this allowance. Vinyl Print Standard All vinyl prints are to be judged from a minimum distance of five (5) feet. Minor imperfections or variances visible only at close inspection will not be considered defects.

Refund Policy

At On Top, we prioritize quality. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on completed orders. Exceptions: Damaged/Defective Items: Contact us immediately for a replacement if your order arrives damaged or defective. Delivery Policy

All orders ship Monday – Friday. You'll receive tracking information once your order is shipped. Shipping rates are based on weight and location. Signatures are required for orders over $10,000. For questions, please contact us using the details on our website.
